We act out of hope, compassion, community, and a shared belief in a positive future.What We Do• Assist with or refer to community support services• Foster relationship-building – peer to peer, group to group, agency to agency, intergenerational, or any combination of the above • Provide enriching experiences and positive models for children and families Parameters for Program Adoption and AssessmentAll programs delivered by the LIFRC must:• support the mission of the LIFRC • be aligned with “What We Do” • be approved by the Board of Directors • reflect the values of the LIFRC • enhance the visibility and image of the LIFRC • be clearly defined and provide measurable outcomes • be sustainable in terms of capacity and funding • address priority needs • be replicable
