Empower families to tackle complex issues that prevent academic achievement
such as mental health, substance abuse and domestic violence.

Partner with teachers to improve discipline and behavior of referred
students, allowing greater faculty focus on classroom instruction.

Coordinate service integration with community partners & tackle resource
issues.
